Good evening strugglers or fans of the struggle! Tonight was a doozie! I was determined to do it at my own pace and bust right to the end without Zuzana's help. I definitely did that!

10 x pistols (fuck my quads! If you've never attempted these I suggest you try just 1. I ended up using the leg press attachment at the end of my bowflex for balance. Finally used that bitch for something other than a towel/skipping rope rack. If I can walk tomorrow I will be awestruck)
20 x low jack (these seem so innocent at first, like a friends baby that you meet for the first time in a public coffee establishment and are holding it above your face cooing at how cute he is, only to have him vomit fresh breast milk IN TO YOUR MOUTH...that my friends is the low jack)
10 x dynamite burpees (oh hell, you KNOW how I feel about these dressed up fancy schmancy burpees, a rose by any other name still has thorns and those bitches hurt!)
20 x low jacks (please refer to above baby vomit story, also note this is also a true story inflicted on someone else who likes to dress up burpees in fancy dresses, karma my friends...karma)
I got through 3 rounds of this exactly and I don't think I've ever been closer to crying at the end of a workout, better than puking nonetheless!
Dinner tonight was chicken breast rubbed with fresh squeezed orange juice, olive oil and chopped fresh rosemary. Roasted parsnips and shallots with garlic on the side. Pretty good chicken was a little on the dry side, probably would've been better marinated rather than rubbed, just like most of girls ;) especially when it comes to breasts, lol, couldn't resist that wide open door!!!
