So, I really suck!! I failed in epic proportions on all of my goals. However, I'm not going to beat myself up. I'm going to forgive and forget and start over.
Today is my first day of the Four Hour Body lifestyle http://fourhourbody.com/. I'm pretty stoked on it! The author Tim Ferriss has officially blown my mind. I'm a closet science freak, and I love how he has gone into depth scientifically how his very unorthodox approach to weight loss can work for everyone! I am also equally satisfied that this is a safe path for me as my former personal trainer Tanya Hokanson http://www.forceofnature.ca/, and still very, very good friend, and her husband are also living this lifestyle.
I start today at 204lbs and 48.2% body fat, yikes! That means that I am carrying 98lbs of fat on my 5'2" frame. Not cool! I still have to go purchase a tape measure, as this is the way to measure my true fatness. But again, not beating myself up. Forgiving myself and letting myself move forward.
To me these numbers mean that I'm not too far off on my 80lb weight loss goal. I've come clean with myself and know that I cannot do this on my own yet so tomorrow I have a consultation meeting with Michelle at Body Dynamics Headquarters http://www.bdhq.ca/. They have a stroller fit class that I'm interested in and we are also going to see what we can do together to get closer to my 80lb/21% body fat loss goals. Wish me strength!
