195.8lbs and 45.5% body fat

Welcome to Saturday #2!! As you can see I went down another 4.4lbs this week! And 1.1% body fat! A loss of 4.2lbs of fat and a gain of 0.2lbs lean muscle. This week flew by. I was a little "beaned out" so I definitely skipped it on a lot of my meals this week. But I cannot be unhappy with my progress.
I got some new shoes so that made bootcamp a little easier this week. Working out in one of the most beautiful cities in the world doesn't hurt either.
I'm keep this post short today, it's my cheat day, and I am ready for a huge HUGE breakfast! Bring on the calorie spike!!
