So we'll start with the weight 200.2lbs and 46.6% body fat. So I'm down 3.8lbs and have 93.3lbs of body fat. Which means I've lost 4.7lbs of fat and gained 0.9lbs lean muscle mass! I can't wait to see the measurements on Tuesday after I've hopefully recovered from the cheat day today.
Bootcamp is just ridiculous. It's very hard to workout through what I've allowed myself to become, knowing what I was before. On the other hand though, I know what I'm working toward. As much as I don't like working out in crowds the support has been endearing and definitely movtivates me. It was nice today as well because we have some men in our class, that always seems to bring out my competitive beast. My calves are really the only thing today that is bothering me, residual from Thursday's workout I think, as well as our little hoof around Langford Lake yesterday. We'll see tomorrow if more hurts. Some casual walks planned for tomorrow and Monday so hopefully that will keep things limber. I also believe an epsom salt bath, and ibuprofen and some red wine are in order this evening.
Cheat day!! I really thought by this point I'd be craving more. I've been kind of forcing myself to eat old foods I loved. I've yet to head to the grocery store to tempt myself though, so that might help to add the calories up a little more. So on that note, I'm signing off to go EAT!
