Alright...2 days in a row blogging! Look at the commitment on this girl!
Anyway, day 2 of Paleo down, I have cheated, but it was with my banana zucchini carrot cake that i made with splenda. So im not beating myself up about it. I am also as you can see not concerned with my punctuation or my grammar, I swear a lot too. So for those of you who care, this isn't the blog for you.
OK! So day 2 of Paleo, AND tonight I made my first attempt at ZWOW #1 as follows:
10x Dive Bombers
5x Burpees
10x both legs Squat leg lift
5x Burpees
10x both sides side plank lift
5x Burpees
10x both legs pistol squat
5x burpees
This was a time challenge so you are supposed to this 3 rounds of this as fast as you can. Well I made it through 2 rounds minus the last set of burpees in 13:34:4 before I had to run to the washroom to puke water! Whee! But I did it! And you know what? I'll be back again tomorrow...
